Historically, the Trust had been involved, for over twenty years, in the provision of residential and nursing care for people with learning disabilities or enduring mental health needs.

Since 2008 Mayfield Home Trust Ltd have supported individuals with learning disabilities, or families with a member who has learning disabilities, within Gloucestershire, by means of grant aid.
